It is what happens between you as a mentor and your students or their families. It is how you impact them, how you help us achieve our Collective Impact. It is proactive action to help move students on the path towards academic success.

What is one requirement that all EPM have of their UNIV class?
They all must attend class sessions, provide a syllabus for the students, and facilitate at least twice per semester.
Any of the above answers is acceptable.

What is the purpose of the syllabus?
The primary purpose is to have an organized outline of the different topics and activities to be conducted intentionally throughout the semester.

In what capacity do EPMs serve as?
They serve as student leaders, liaisons between faculty and students, academic coaches, peer advisors and peer mentors, co-curricular learning community leads, and student support services specialists.
