1) Plug in monitoring lines into the red VetCorder unit.
2) Turn on Unit and select "Monitor Vitals"
3) Connect lines to patient
4) Open "MonitorVitals" on iPad and select "Vetcorder 0324"
List all the steps to use the autoclave - be specific.
1) Place packs in autoclave and turn on
2) Turn dial to "Fill Water" and allow water to flow in the chamber until reaches the fill line
3) Turn dial to "Sterilize"
4) Close autoclave door and spin handle to seal. Careful not to overtighten - 2-finger tighten
5) Set temp dial to desired heat
6) Set time dial to desired time
7) After sterilization cycle is complete, turn dial to "EXH/DRY", allow white needle to drop to "0", then crack open the door
8) Set timer for 30 minutes for the dry cycle
List the steps to perform BMBT
2) Wrap gauze strip securely around maxilla with lip folded up, exposing mucosal surface. (Do not occlude blood flow)
3) Remove square-shaped safety guard from the top of the device but do not depress yet
4) Place device flush against mucosal surface that is free of obvious surface vessels - apply light pressure.
5) Press tab to release the scalpel blade
6) Let incision bleed freely and begin timing. Blot excess blood as needed with filter paper or gauze being careful not to disturb incision site or clot.
7) Stop timer when paper/gauze no longer soaks up blood

List all the steps for using the AeroKat - be specific
1) Remove cap and shake the inhaler
2) Insert inhaler into AeroKat Chamber
3) Gently apply mask to cat's face and depress the inhaler. Or cover mask with your hand and depress inhaler then gently apply mask to the cat's face.
4) Hold mask in place for 7-10 breaths
5) Remove mask and gently wipe the cat's face with a damp cloth to remove residual medication from their fur.
Demonstrate how to add times to radiographs - i.e. if doing a barium series.
1) With desired rad on screen, click the settings gear icon
2) Select the pencil icon
3) Select "custom" and type desired time and click "enter"
4) Move time to desired location on rad and click the pencil icon and click "done" to complete
