Erosion breaks down rocks as water hits the sea cliff and carries the rocks away with the waves

Sea cliff is close to the ocean, hill is far from ocean. Hill has more grass; Sea cliff made of rocks.

As it rains, more water causes flooding and sediments move around the wetlands

Erosion moves rocks from place to place, while deposition causes rocks to settle in one place over time

Which will erode faster and why? Sticky mud in a wetland or loose, dry rocks on a cliff?
Loose, dry rocks because they are broken down more than the mud

Building structures near water sources to prevent water from eroding the sand; examples, breakwaters, retaining walls, jettys

Green Hill- low risk to flooding, land is more stable, less damage from erosion and weathering

It makes the river smaller and causes more deposition. The water cannot erode fast enough for the river to become bigger
