Listen to the radio, watching TV, play video games, reading, hold something cold like an ice cube, strong flavors like sour or spicy, exercise large muscles - go for a walk, lift weights, workout programs...
In problem solving, we make plan A, B, and C. What is the purpose of this?
Plan A is the best option - what we would like to happen.
