If Detachment of Reporting Senior reports were submitted for a particular pay grade, and, if the next report is the Periodic report but is less than 90 days from the previous Detachment of Reporting Senior report, the Periodic report may be omitted and added to the next period. However, if the new reporting senior submits a Periodic report, he or she must do so for all personnel in the same pay grade who are normally evaluated by that reporting senior.
