How early are you to be up front to greet your party?
At least 15 minutes before the event

Stay with them. Be visible, be available. Be engaged. Talk to them. Get to know them.

You have a Gamer Frenzy package but your party parent wants to switch out XD for Skating. Are you saying yes or no? Why or why not?
No, because that would be upgrading to an Adventure Pack, which they can do, but it’d be an additional cost
How much is an additional participant in the Blast package?
$65 per person
What do you do if food is coming out late?
You go back to your party parent or point of contact and let them know you are still picking up the food but you don’t want to keep the kids/guests waiting or bored, so you’re taking them to a free activity. (Based off availability)
Do all corporate events include arcade?
What do you do when you are not on a party?
See your manager, you will be either assisting an attraction, guest services, kitchen or the track.
If you have only 4 kids show up for the party, what do you offer?
Sub for the adults to take their place, and add their names to the Party Sign In Sheet
What is the cost difference between a roller rally guest and a guest that is just participating in roller skating?
$12 for just roller skating, $31 for both skating and arcade
If your party is all here early, with their waivers signed, but it’s not yet time for your first activity, what do you do?
Check availability on an activity such as XD, and if available, take them to a free activity, or do games with your kids. Such as, red light green light, basketball (in arcade), musical chairs, etc

Put the base of the package to 11, add 2 for skating, 4 for arcade, 2 junior races, and 1 for cadet.
