1-180 days - visa is cancelled
181-365 - After departure alien may not return to the US for 3 years
1 year or more - After departing the US the alien may not return to the US for 10 years
What does it mean to have a Class B medical condition?
Alien does NOT have a condition listed in INA 212(a)(1)
However, alien has a serious physical or mental condition that could prevent the alien from caring for themselves, attending schools, or working. OR will require extensive medical treatment or institutionalization in the future.
