What is Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA)?
This disability is a condition exhibiting an inability to learn that cannot be explained by intellectual, sensory, or health factors and/or inappropriate types of behavior or feelings under normal circumstances. This goes over a long period of time and is often not a diagnoses. There are many other characteristics that students with this disability can exhibit.
