Since Internet Explorer is no longer available as a web browser and we are using Edge and/or Google; are some of the programs that are still IE based going to be changed? These programs (example – Velocity) seem to have a lot of issues, such as; locking up in the middle of an application, sometimes several times. I am wondering if there has been any discussion or consideration given to the possibility of investing in team members health, something along the lines of a   treadmill purchase or other fitness equipment for the offices which are farther away from Eau Claire and have no access to the cooperate center fitness room?

With the labor markets changing, partly because of COVID, companies are finding it more cost effective to have employees working from a home office; which can be very alluring for some. Several high end non-financial employers, who need their workers to be at their physical location, are offering attractions to get qualified, talented individuals to apply for employment. What avenues are Royal considering to inform the qualified labor market of the career potential that Royal can offer them? In addition, what is Royal’s plan for keeping the new hires long term?

We have recently started using ascensus for our IRA H.S.A. information. In using this it does not pull information from DNA which causes duplication of data entry and leaves much room for errors.  Is there any thought going forward of making this more efficient/compatible?
