Who (more people), What (additional elements), When start and done (ideas never lightbulb moments and then done), where (move around, or where were the other people)
How (it does not work the first time (Naismith started with peach baskets, and then put a small hole in them to poke the ball out, then no bottom to a ring and a net), How much (there are costs)

A story:
Tell a story or an anecdote about your subject. Sometimes it is best when it has nothing to do with your project because it adds insight into the project, especially the human condition.
