Explain : What made Moses flee from Egypt and where did he go?

He saw an Egyptian "smite" a Hebrew one day and he killed the Egyptian and buried him in the sand when he thought no one was looking. The next day when he saw 2 Hebrew men fight and one mentioned the act he committed, he became afraid. When he found out that Pharaoh heard about his actions and wanted him dead, he fled to the Land of Midian.

He saw that Moses was the only one the people came to all day into the night about their enquires about God which would tire/ "wear" him out. He basically told or guided Moses on how leadership is or what it means to be a leader and requested that he instill a system where the people (elders chosen by Moses) judged their own affairs. He concluded by telling him to make sure that this system is God's will before implementing it.
