What should you be doing when you go to the restroom?
Use the bathroom, wash your hands, throw your trash away
What should you do if someone tries to talk to you in the hallway.
Wave at them quietly. No talking
I have something to say or ask a teacher so I will sit in my seat and do this.

What should you do if someone falls?
Help them up and see if they are ok, do not laugh
Do you talk over your teacher when she is giving instructions?
No. Sit quietly and listen she will give you directions.
Name one thing you should NOT do in the restroom
talk, climb the toilets or hang on stalls, make a mess
What should you look like and sound like in the hallway? (I am looking for 3 things!)
Voice level 0, calm body with walking feet & in a straight line
What is expected of you when you line up?
stay quiet, face forward, have a calm body
What should you do if you find something that isn't yours?
Give it to the teacher so the teacher can find out who it belongs to.
How many friends are allowed in the calm corner and bean bag?
2 friends at a time
Are you allowed to walk out of the classroom without permission when you need to use the bathroom? (yes or no)
How far away should you be from a friend in line?
Arms length apart (NO GAPS)
What should you be doing if someone else is speaking?
Listen, pay attention, be respectful, and stay quiet
What should you do if someone is being unkind to you or your classmate?
Tell them to stop in a kind way (no yelling) and tell the teacher.
When given a white board and dry ease marker what should you use it for?
Work ONLY. No drawing!

No. Line up near the wall, stand quietly with a calm body. No fighting about who lines up where. MYOB
What does a focused student look like and sound like?
a variety of answers
What should you do if you are feeling frustrated or upset?
Ask for a break! (calm corner)
How should you act in Specials (P.E, art/music, library)?
follow the teachers rules and directions, treat them just like you would your regular teachers.
If you are talking in the restroom and your teacher or another adult hears you and asks who was talking (yelling), what should you do?
Tell the truth! You'll get in less trouble!
What should you do when someone asks for a hug in the hallway when we are walking?
Hold up I love you hand sign quietly.
What should you NOT be doing while your teacher's are teaching?
talking to friends, out of my seat, playing with my pencil, looking away, having your head down ignoring her
If Ms. Whaley is busy, how can you let her know you need to tell her something without interrupting her?
Ask the other teacher in the room or write a note and lay it on her desk and go back to your desk.
When is a good time to get water from your water bottle?
During bathroom breaks, your own free time (break times)
