Move their backpack to the back of the chair where it belongs!

Only if the one of my teachers say I can

When the person gets back since only one student should be out of the class at a time and when the teacher isn't talking

Only loud enough for me to hear, but nobody else in the class, and it is only through my Chromebook

Yes! If it is a piece of hard candy, it doesn't make a mess, and I clean up after myself.
