What is the weekly parent newsletter?
This is used for documenting money collected in the classroom and should be turned in to the secretary on teacher's planning period or immediately following dismissal
What is a money collection envelope?
Every school member must stop activity and pay close attention to this. All faculty and staff should model expected behavior during this time.
What are announcements?
Limited to no more than 5 minutes; always supervised by an adult; not allowed to leave the classroom during instructional time

This person will call parents during his/her planning period to inform about lost/misplaced badges

Students are not allowed to have this on campus at any time for any reason. Teachers are not allowed to use this at any time while students are present.

These should be administered at least every two weeks and different content areas should not be given on the same day.

This is used for distribution of materials to teachers and should be cleaned out daily by teachers

The amount of time required weekly for each subject area in i-Ready
This is shared by administration and includes all important and necessary information for the upcoming week with faculty and staff.

The person responsible for monitoring a student that misses the bus due to a badge issue

Responsible for monitoring student behavior and teaching replacement behaviors

These should be in the possession of all faculty members throughout the day

Work given for practice and reviewed by the teacher the very next day
