All children must be signed in daily. Parents must deliver their child to authorized center staff. Please do not drop your child off at the door or leave your child in the hallways.

What is the well baby check schedule

-A child with three episodes of diarrhea

-A child with a fever more than 100 F

-Vomiting two or more times

-Conjunctivitis, until 24 hours after treatment

-Head Lice, 24 hours after treatment

What are illnesses/reasons to pick up your child or reasons to be kept home.

-Each medication should be in its original container with the child's name and the physicians instructions. 

-Expired medication will not be given to the child

-No over the counter medicine will be given to the child by center staff.

Information must be obtained in writing from the parents and medical provider if your child has a dietary restriction due to allergy, health, or religion.

This program's mission is to assure that families who have infants and toddlers, birth to three, with diagnosed disabilities, developmental delays or a risk of delays receive resources and supports that assist them in maximizing their child's development, while respecting the diversity of families and communities.

It is a requirement that all children enrolled in our programs have current physical and dental exams on file.

Participation of parents is crucial to the success of each child. We count on and expect parents to participate as much as they can. Parents, staff and community volunteers need to continually work together to enable all of us to grow and learn.

If anything about a child's general health condition is questionable the child may be sent home and will need a doctor's note to return the following day.
