A polite conversation about unimportant or uncontroversial matters, especially as engaged in on social occasions.
What is storytelling?
The process of giving the information with vivid details and emotions for the audience to be able to imagine it in their minds as they listen.
When do we speak without preparation?
Some examples are school when called by the teacher, home when talking to parents, at events, etc.

Why do we need small conversations?
The ability to hold/initiate a small conversation is a social skill. Sometimes we use it to be polite and pass the time, and sometimes we use it to establish connections and engage with people around us.

Settings, Characters, Problem, Solution, Moral.

Open-ended questions are the most effective:
*Questions that cannot be answered with "yes" or "no"
*Questions that start with: Who, What, Where, When, How, and Why
