SP - Training specific for the running event - EG. Fast sprint work for a 100m runner
REV - Lack of training due to injury, illness or boredom leading to a reverse in adaptations/fitness
VA - Changing up sessions with cross training
TT - Aerobic and Anaerobic sessions used to enhance fitness
W/UP - C/Down - Used to prepare the body for exercise and avoid DOMS
