This action is required for a student who receives a grade of "F" in any semester course.
The student MUST re-take the semester.
To formally authorize classroom modifications like extra time or preferential seating, parents must first establish this with the school administration.

To ensure parents stay continually informed of student progress, teachers must update grades on FACTS at this minimum frequency.
At least once a week.
This administrative document must be filled out and turned in to Mrs. Hoffman if a student is actively failing a class despite multiple communication attempts.
Academic Deficiency Report
When a student receives an altered assignment that is lowered from standard grade-level expectations, the teacher must explicitly mark these documents to notify stakeholders. (Name at least ONE)

Cell phone usage, minor disrespect, dress code violations, and poor self-control are categorized under this level of classroom discipline.
LEVEL I Infraction
This is the frequency and method required for teachers to take class attendance
Take attendance DAILY.
Record on FACTS.
Teachers are required to add a specific explanatory comment on FACTS whenever a student’s assignment or test score falls below this percentage.
70% (C-)
This specific type of diploma track is created for high schoolers who cannot complete academic coursework at standard grade levels, even when provided accommodations.
Special Diploma Track
Voice-to-text programs, audiobooks, and transcribing pens fall under this category of approved for accommodations.
Dyslexia
When an Upper School teacher issues a "Code Yellow" or an Elementary teacher issues a "Code Blue" over the walkie-talkie, they are calling for this.
An administrator to come to the classroom
LEVEL II Infraction
To ensure safety and minimize building disruptions, Upper School students must have this physical item visible whenever they leave the classroom for any reason.
A PASS
If a parent/student discovers a grading error or wishes to dispute an assessment, they must address it with the teacher within this specific "window" of time.
2 Weeks
This action plan is drawn up and signed by all parties when a student is falling chronically behind, outlining specific strategy shifts to help them succeed.

The TRA Staff person in charge of validating, organizing, and communicating the parameters of accommodations to TRA faculty
Student Director (Nicole Dorsey)
At this specific milestone of accumulated Behavior Alerts within a single semester, a student is placed on probation and required to complete 2 hours of campus cleaning service.
THIRD (3rd)
A student who hits this specific number of cumulative tardies will automatically receive a student behavior alert sent home to their parents.
FOUR
To provide a fair overview of student capabilities, teachers must administer at least this minimum number of independent assessments per quarter.
Three (3)
These are the two temporary grading marks used on a report card when a student has a legitimate emergency exception for uncompleted work.
'I' means Incomplete and if not replaced becomes a Zero/F. (Upper School)
FX means to fix the work. (Elementary)
