No. Some families have two parents in the home, some parents live separately, some kids are not raised by their biological parents, some families have siblings, while others do not, some families are step families or blended families - the types of families are endless!

Remain calm, walk away from the situation until you are ready to talk calmly, stick to your point and take breaks if the conversation gets too heated.
Why are boundaries for adults different than they are for kids?
Adults have different roles and responsibilities that give them more independence and authority. Sometimes, adults can set boundaries and rules that kids cannot.

Yes, each person in a family brings their own unique perspective. Some values will be shared as a family, while some will be individual.
