Steps followed when FS-1 is received

Enter the date stamped on the FS-1 as the application date on Worker Portal.

Enter all information from pages 1-9 as provided by the household on Worker Portal.

Screen the application to determine if expedited service is appropriate. If eligible for expedited service, complete an interview and process the completed application to provide benefits within 5 calendar days.  For other applicants, process the application and provide benefits so that the appropriate timeliness standard is met.
