•Yes Sir/ Madam, we provide complimentary shuttle services every hour to the airport and complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel according to the flight details given.

How many restaurants do you have?

Sir/Madam, we have two Restaurants and a Café.

Our main restaurant is the Downtown restaurant which is located at the first floor. We also have the Square Restaurant which is located in the lobby and the Shisha Terrace Café besides the lobby.

How much is the buffet?

Sir/Madam, Downtown restaurant serves daily buffet both international and oriental food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast price is 6.5 Kd and 10 Kd each for lunch and Dinner on Fridays, we have brunch from 12:30 to 4 Pm at a price of 12KD.

At what time does the Downtown restaurant open?

Sir/Madam,  Downtown Restaurant is open daily for buffet breakfast from 6:30 am –11 am, lunch from 12:30 pm– 4:00 pm, and dinner from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

At what time does the Shisha Terrace close?

Sir/ Madam, The Shisha Terrace is temporarily closed due to road construction. The Square Café is open until 12Am Where you can order your food.

Sir/Madam, the reception will help you with your print. 250 fills per color printout and 200 fills for Black & White Printout will be charged.

Where is your Restroom Located?

On the 23rd floor (Health club): 

Sir/Madam, the toilets are located inside the male locker room & female locker rooms, directly next to the steam room.

On the 20th floor (Executive lounge): 

Sir/Madam, the toilets are behind the buffet area, first door on your right and left.

On the Ballrooms: 

The toilets are located down the corridor, pass the elevators and follow the sign.

The Square: 

The toilets are located beside the staircase, directly on the right. Please follow the sign.

Prayer Rooms: 

The toilets are located straight on the left of the main prayer room door.

Sir/Ma’am, We have 3 ballrooms & 4 meeting rooms

Shamiya ballroom located at Basement 2,

Sharq Ballroom located at the 3rd floor

Al Daheya Ballroom located at the 4th Floor which can be also split into 6 smaller meeting rooms.

We also have Central 1,2,3 & 4 located on the 20th floor.
