Units that are sets must be marked as sets on their packaging. Add a label to the Unit that clearly states that the products are to be received and sold as a single Unit. For example, "Sold as set," "Do not separate."

The 45 day return policy will automatically reimburse the seller if the unit has not returned to our FC 45 days after the buyer refund. If the unit has not returned to the FC, or a refund is given and we do not expect a unit to return to the FC, the seller will be reimbursed within 45 days of the reversal.

Why are some returns automatically destroyed?
Some units that are returned to the fulfillment center will be disposed of immediately. This is done for the protection of the customers, the fulfillment center associates, carriers, and the seller.

What does Distributor Damaged mean? What SOP process will you do with these cases?
Inventory that was damaged by the distributor or vendor while shipping to fulfillment centers. If the inventory was shipped via the Amazon Partnered UPS account, use the Damaged Amazon-Partnered UPS SOP. If the inventory was not shipped via the Amazon Partnered UPS account the Seller will need to have the inventory returned back to them and file a claim with their carrier.

Cut Bin Check ticket to the correct FC. Enter a request specifying the FNSKU that needs checked. Say that it is currently "pending-research" and that it needs to be returned to regular inventory as soon as possible.

What are labels requirements for the LTL shipment?
*Item labels – For each individual item in the box; *Box labels – Outside of the box; *Pallet label - After seller shrinks-wrap the pallet then seller must place a label on each side of the pallet; *Bill of lading – This is similar to an invoice for the shipment. Carrier will bring it to the FC so Amazon can stamp it to confirm we received the units.

How can the seller dispute the Unplanned Service Fee? What is the time frame that the seller can dispute the Unplanned Service Fee?
Locate the Shipment; On the Problems Tab, click the " Resolve" button; Select the "Investigate" tab to dispute the Unplanned Fees. This must be done within 30 days of the problem date.
