Don’t wait longer than 2 weeks to deliver intermediate results to appropriate stakeholders on any project and use the feedback to iterate until you’ve got it right. Iteration is our superpower, so if an idea isn’t showing promise we need to pivot fast, whereas we need to double click on promising ideas quickly.
