it is a wheel with all sorts of feelings on it. to help us identify different emotions.

Have member give an affirmation to someone in the room or to themselves.

Have member identify something about what they learned.

If you have a problem with a family member how can you handle it?
Have member identify some ways they can manage a problem with a family member. (talk it out, write a letter, express feelings, NO YELLING or blaming), etc

mad, upset, frustrated, etc
What is another feelings word for happy?
excited, joy, etc
What is something that makes you feel afraid?
Have member identify something they are scared of.
Name one deposit you can deposit into a family member or friend's emotional bank account.
high five, a compliment, encouragement, going to their baseball game to show support, cheering for them, etc.
If a friend is in your personal space, what can you say to them?
Have member identify a way they can say it respectfully (Hey, can you take 2 steps back please.)
