This has to do with the body parts on the sides of your head that you use during a conversation. It tends to make the person doing the talking feel like the person conversing with them cares about what they are saying.

You do this when you see someone getting bullied.
What is sticking up for/defending a friend?
A strong negative feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility.
What is feeling angry?
When you work with the other person to find a solution that sits somewhere in the middle of what you both want.
What is compromising?
Instead of keeping your feelings inside you can do this with your family members/ peers.
What is "talking about your feelings"?
Don't only talk about yourself, try to find out something new!
What is asking questions?
Don't tell someone's secrets to others!
What is being trustworthy?
A feeling of revulsion or strong disapproval for something unpleasant.
What is feeling disgusted?
When you take the time to consider what the other person thinks or feels in a conflictual situation.
What is considering another's perspective?
Don't just sit in silence.
Don't start speaking until the other person is done.
What is not interrupting?
When you do this you make sure that no one gets left out.
What is including others?
Feeling sad, unhappy or displeased because something did not meet your expectations.
What is feeling disappointed?
When you come to the realization that you might not ever agree with each other, but you find a way to move forward.
What is "agree to disagree?"
Fresh air is good for you and so is moving your feet.

When you do this you don't tell lies to your friends!
