Is FGA only for first-gen college students?
No. Many people hear FGA and think "oh I can't join it because I am not a first gen". This is not true, we are FGA (first-gen ADVOCATES). To be a part of this club is to advocate for first generation students.
What is a philanthropy?
Philanthropy means to organize or participate in a charitable event.
Greek chapters volunteer their time and efforts to all sorts of organizations including cancer research, literacy for children and adults, animal welfare, human rights, etc.
