What is plot?
The leading character or one of the major characters in a work of fiction.
What is the protagonist?
The parts of fiction literature which explain where events take place, what happened before the story begins, and the background of the characters.
What is the exposition?
The author tells the reader what a character is like by saying it explicitly.

When and where the work of literature takes place.
What is the setting?
The biggest obstacle (usually an opponent) standing between the main character and their goal.

The process by which the writer reveals the personality of a character.
What is characterization?
A deep and multi-layered character, interesting to the audience because they feel like real people.
What is a round character?
Where the conflict is resolved and everyone learns a lesson about those problems
What is the resolution?
A character who contrasts another character (usually the protagonist) in order to highlight certain characteristics.
