Myth.
Home warranties cover the repair or replacement of covered systems and appliances due to normal wear and tear. Homeowner's insurance covers damage from unexpected events like fire, storms, or theft.

No. you can only add sellers coverage to single family homes and Condo/Townhome/Mobile home
