Explain primary and secondary territories.
Primary territories will usually be a resource's home base (based on their zip code). Their secondary territories are the surrounding geographic locations they already serve the most or could easily serve because of proximity.
Explain the relationship between Work Orders and Service Appointments.
Work Orders will populate on a PD Record from the quote/PO. Service Appointments will be created in association with one Work Order. The only time there will be multiple active SAs (not canceled) under one WO is when we are adding internal training sessions or virtual split or multi-site appts.

False. Scheduled means there is a name on the SA and it will appear on the gantt calendar but it does not mean it's been officially assigned yet.

Recite the Happy Path of a Service Appointment starting with the status None and ending with Completed. (Happy Path = Does not include Rejection, Cancellation or Consumed bc none of those are happy.)
None > Planned > Scheduled > Dispatched > Accepted > (Confirmed) > Completed
If you skipped confirmed, that still counts bc it's not a required status.
