What is the plot?
A person, place, object or activity that stands for something beyond itself such as the American flag.

Introductory scene in a drama. Sometimes they comment on the theme or moral point that will be revealed in the play

An imitation of another work, a type of literature or a writer's style usually for the purpose of poking fun such as the Princess Bride or Young Frankenstein.

A pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line of poetry. Poets use rhythm to bring out the musical quality of language.

To make judgements or arrive at the belief based on evidence, experience, and reasoning.
