All student behaviours contrary to learning will lead to some kind of school intervention, and that the discipline will be appropriate for the level of correction needed.

Progressive discipline begins in the classroom in which the teacher exhausts all avenues to help the student.

The teacher after using all avenues may refer the student to another classroom or environment in which the same help and guidance is provided

If a change in room or environment does not help the student, he or she is then referred to the Vice Principal in charge of Student Life, who may issue a suspension or a referral to see their Bishop or Priesthood leader.

If the behaviour does not improve even after meeting with VP for Student Life the student is then referred to the Principal who might put the student under “indefinite suspension”.
