Character clearly talking to the audience but the other characters can't hear.
What is an aside?
Stories, beliefs people share by telling stories.
What is oral tradition?
Speaking one's thoughts out loud alone.
What is a soliloquy?
Main character changes throughout the story.
Speech delivered by one person during conversation.
Spoken exchange between 2 or more people.
What is dialogue?
A line of verse with five metrical feet, each consisting of one short syllable followed by one long syllable.
What is Iambic Pantameter.
Long book that retells the heroic journey of a person or group of people. Has a supernatural aspect.
What is epic?
Verse without rhyme, especially that which uses iambic pantameter.
