Health is the quality of life composed of mental/emotional, physical and social health. Mental/emotional health is the condition of a person's mind and the way that a person expresses feelings. Physical health is the condition of a person's body. Social health is the condition of a person's relationships with others.

A calories is a unit of energy produced by food. A high school students should be consuming approximately 2000 calories per day.
