Who is God? Describe Him to someone who has never heard of Him.
God is the Creator of everything. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-loving. He created us out of love and desires a relationship with us.
What is prayer? Why is it important?
Prayer is talking and listening to God.
It builds our relationship with Him.
Who is the Blessed Mother? Why is she important?
Mary is the Mother of God (Mother of Jesus).
She said yes to God and is our spiritual mother.

An outward sign instituted by Christ given to the Church to give us grace

Sin is choosing to disobey God.
Two types:
Mortal Sin – Serious matter, full knowledge, full consent (kills grace).
Venial Sin – Less serious, weakens grace.
