What is a sin?
A sin in Islam is defined as either disobeying something Allah has commanded or doing something Allah has forbidden.
What is an analogy of how we were created?
Every one of us was created pure — like a blank canvas.

But the beauty of Islam is that we are not stuck with our mistakes.
What is a trend?
A trend is a general shift in how people and communities think, feel, and behave. trends eventually fade, and new ones will always emerge.
What is character?
Character = how you act, speak, think, and treat others. True character shows when no one is watching.
Sins can originate from two main sources, which are...
the heart and actions. From the heart, like jealousy, arrogance. Or actions like lying, hurting others.

Good/best deeds in Islam refer to doing something good and worshipping Allah. They can come in the form of following Allah’s command or doing extra worship/actions for the sake of Allah. Such as being kind to others.
How should we approach trends as Muslims?
Our primary consideration is whether it contradicts the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah. Remember, trends may come and go, constantly evolving, but Islam is the final and unchanging religion at the end of the road. Our goal in life is to please Allah, not people.
