What is the difference between a friend and an acquaintance?
A friend is someone we have a deeper bond with and have build trust with. An acquaintance is someone we know, but we may not know them very well or have a bond with them.

Give your date room, do not stand too close, do not sit directly next to them if they aren't comfortable with that, ask permission for physical contact, etc.

You feel safe, valued and respected with that person, you have open and honest communication, etc.

What is the difference between jealousy and insecurity? Can you define the two?
Jealousy is when we feel upset or afraid because we don’t have something someone else does, especially in our relationships (like affection, attention, or time).
Insecurity is when we feel unsure or worried about our worth, especially in relationships, thinking that we might not be good enough, or we could lose someone we care about.

Dating is usual more casual. A committed relationship is just that - it has more commitment to it. You have to have a conversation with your partner!
