This encouraged the people who lived in cities, working in factories, to move and start farming. The farther they expanded west, the more land they sold, and the more people moved west.

What is The European explorers would have a challenge dealing with the colonies already there. When they found America they fought and enslaved the Indians. They also would have to deal with the wild life in new lands that could be dangerous.
