A student who has 60 HOPE Grant paid hours for previous semester is returning and is registered for 15 credit hours
Since HOPE Grant will only pay 63 credit hours, HOPE Grant will only pay toward 3 out of the 15 credit hours the student is registered and the student will be responsible for the remaining 12 credit hours
