To be paid for doing a task outside of his/her regular duties, requires this to be filled out
What is a timesheet?
An employee that needs to be off for an extended period of time must get approval from their principal this many weeks in advance.
What is two (2) weeks?
Complete the Claim Reimbursement form.
Submit the form & original receipt to the DOC.
DOC reviews, approves, and submits to DOF.

Exalt Academies is able to provide free breakfast and lunch to our students through this program.
What is the Community Eligibility Program?
Employees earn 12 of these each year, one per month.
What are Paid Time Off days?
Running fever, throwing up, or other emissions.
What is stay home if you are sick (so you don't infect the students & staff)?
Trips and fundraisers must have a purpose that benefits the school, students, teachers, and/or administrators.
Any associated expense MUST be in detailed form.
