What do programs need to do to be able to access their FCCO Provider Portal Profile?
They must complete their FCCO enrollment through their CCR&R agency.
Why do we use the Action Log: "Assign to CCR&R"?
Assigned to CCR&R is a way for 211info and other system partners to communicate with regions through FCCO when inconsistencies are present in a program record.

When do you select "Free to Eligible Clientele" for a program?
Programs that can accept/enroll subsidized families in their program. These families do not pay out of pocket.
Other non subsidized families pay out of pocket.
What programs do not receive the provider portal invite or PIF Email?
Active Programs who were entered in FCCO on or after January 1st, 2023 that have not been enrolled yet.
Who updates the referral status on program records?
CCR&R Agencies and Providers through the FCCO Provider Portal
What is the minimum amount of contact attempts required for Program Updates? (Be Specific)
A minimum of 3 attempts
At different times, days and utilizing different contact methods throughout the quarter.
When do you select "No Rates - No Market Care" for a program?
Program ONLY accepts to enroll subsidized Families. These families do not pay out of pocket.
Services are free for all enrolled families.
How are Openings recorded in FCCO?
Only Full time openings can be recorded.
FT Openings are recorded by Age group and by the Total Openings
