A loving choice. Helping someone is one way we show God's love.
Luke accidentally knocks a book off the table while walking past it. Did he choose to do something wrong?
NO. It was an accident because he did not choose to knock the book down.
Your friend tells you to leave a new child out of a game because “we don't know him.” What should you do?
Include the new child and treat them with kindness.
Isaac realizes he hurt someone. He knows it was wrong. What is a good first step for Dylan?
Isaac should admit that what he did was wrong and be truly sorry.
You are angry with your friend, but instead of saying something mean, you take a moment to calm down. Are you choosing love?
YES! Feeling angry is not a sin. What matters is what you do with that feeling.

He knowingly chose to do it on purpose. Sin involves freely choosing what we know is wrong.
Your sister takes something without asking. You feel very angry. What should you do before reacting?
Stop, think, calm down, and choose a loving response instead of hurting her.
Valentina realizes that her choice hurt a friend. She says, “I'm sorry.” What else can Valentina do to show that she really wants to make things right?
