When Polar bears are about four or five they find a mate and begin having babies. They usually only have two cubs and they have these babies in a cave they've dug in a large snow drift. They stay there over winter and come out in spring with the babies.
Penguins are carnivores. Penguins eat a variety of seafood such as fish, squid and crustaceans. The smaller penguins usually feed on krill.

There are more than 3,000 species of snakes on the planet. Snakes are found everywhere except in Antarctica, Iceland, Ireland, Greenland, and New Zealand. Snakes can live in deserts, prairies, mountains, and in forests.
Snakes can live in many different habitats.
Polar bears are the tallest and heaviest bear in the wild. Male polar bears may grow 10 feet tall and weigh over 1400 pounds. Females reach seven feet tall and weigh 650 pounds.
Polar bears are the largest bear in the world.
Penguins have feathers just like all other birds. Penguin feathers are shorter and stiffer than most bird feathers. These type of feathers help Penguins stay warm while in the water.
Penguins have special feathers compared to other birds.
There are over 3,000 species of snakes in the world. About 600 species are venomous which means that they carry a venom (poison) in their fangs. Although, only about 200 different species are able to kill or significantly wound a human.
Polar bears primarily eat seals. They often rest silently at a seal’s breathing hole in the ice, waiting for a seal in the water to surface. Once the seal comes up, the bear will spring and attack the seal.
The emperor penguin is the only species that spends the harsh Antarctic winter on land – the males protect their eggs from the cold ice by keeping them on their feet. The egg will hatch while the female is gone at sea. However, once the female returns she will bring back weeks worth of food for her baby. Then the male penguin goes out to the sea to hunt for himself.

Rhinoceros are huge in size and strength, yet they actually do not prey on other animals. They’re herbivores, and instead like to munch on lots of grass and plants at night, dawn (when the sun comes up) and dusk (when the sun goes down). Rhinos usually like to eat trees, grasses, plants, stems, twigs, and even fruits that they can find.

Polar bears have wide front paws with slightly webbed toes that help them swim. They paddle with their front feet and steer with their hind feet. Paw pads with rough surfaces help prevent polar bears from slipping up on the ice.
Polar bears use their feet to help them in their habitat.
Most birds have hollow bones allowing them to fly and be lightweight. Whereas, penguins have dense bones, this helps penguins to dive more easily. Penguins have different bones than most birds allowing them to dive in the water instead of fly in the sky.
Penguins bones are different than most birds.
Jaguars are one of the few cats that will swim to find some of their prey. Jaguars can find many different types of prey in the form of fish, turtles, and even alligator-like animals. Jaguars also eat larger animals on land such as deer, peccaries, capybaras, and tapirs. They sometimes climb trees to prepare an ambush, killing their prey with one powerful bite.
