What should you do if you notice a coworker feeling dizzy during a hot day?

Immediately move them to a cool or shaded area, CALL for help such as onsite first responders, encourage them to drink water slowly, loosen their clothing & monitor their condition closely.

What are " Long-term locks"?

Locks used on equipment that falls into the category of "long-term lockout”.
These locks will be silver padlocks or any type of padlock that does not in any way resemble
a regular lockout lock.

What are some tips to Avoid Heat Stress & Exhaustion

•Wear light-colored, loose-fitting, breathable clothing such as cotton, avoid non-breathing synthetic clothing.  
•Gradually build up to heavy work & schedule heavy work during the coolest parts of day.  •Take more breaks in shaded or a cool area.
•Drink water frequently. Avoid drinks with caffeine, alcohol, and large amounts of sugar.
•Eat lighter meals
•Monitor your physical condition and that of your coworkers.
