These items must be confinscated and taken immediately if found.

This appliance can only be used unless approved by and put up by Siena College officials.

This is a feature that coffee machines, irons, curling irons etc. must have in order to be used.

This is the general amount of the distance that people should keep from the building in the event of a fire drill or fire.
What is 50 ft.?
Items hung up must have this much clearance from a sprinkler and/or ceiling.
What is 18 in?
This type of type food maker is prohibited in all types of residential halls.
What are commerical type of popcorn makers?
This is the only type of lamp that is not allowed in dorm rooms.
What is a halogen lamp?
Each building is equipped with one of these to show how to exit the building in the event of an emergency.
What is an evacuation map?
Decorations, items, etc. cannot be hung and/or covered on these fire safety equipments.
What are smoke detectors and/or sprinklers?
These are some of the things looked for in a fire safety check.
