Using appropriate language (not cussing), not yelling, not throwing things, not talking out. INSTEAD, if feeling like I need a break, raising my hand and asking for a break either inside or outside of the classroom (following the teacher's identified plan that has been set up for me in advance.)
What does being respectful look like, even when your upset?

quietly walk in a line, entering the cafeteria. Get lunch, sit at my designated table with my classmates for the teacher I have have right after lunch. Do not yell across the lunch room at peers (either positive or negative comments), do not leave my seat and go to other tables. If I do this, I can earn time outside of the lunch room. If I demonstrate appropriate behaviors I can earn incentives for positive behaviors that my teacher will explain to me further.

4 years of college (undergraduate degree from Univ. of S. Florida) and then a Masters degree in social work from Univ. of Cincinnati. You also have to get a license to practice social work. You then have to keep up your "skills" by continuing to get training every year, if you want to keep your license and work as a social worker!
