The study of the rules by which words change their forms and are combined into sentences
Grammar
A person, place or thing the sentence talks about, or who does the action
Noun
Articles, demonstratives and possessive adjectives that appear before nouns
Determiners
What the words DO according to their position in the sentence
Grammatical function
A word that describes, modifies, limits or characterizes the noun
Adjectives
A verb that functions as a different part of speech and cannot be conjugated
Verbals
The study of the rules of language, what is right or wrong
Prescriptive e grammar
A word that indicates states, conditions or actions. It can be conjugated
Verb

Description of what the word IS as part of speech (noun, verb, conjunction, etc)
Grammatical form
A word that describes, modifies, limits or characterizes the verb
Adverb
Mention three types of modals
Can, could, should, must, might, may, etc

Descriptive grammar
Words that replace nouns or noun phrases to avoid repetition
