What is the meaning of the title 'Fish in a Tree'?

The title comes from Albert Einstein's quote, "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." There are themes in the book that coincide with this quote. The book teaches us that everybody is unique and smart in their own individual ways. We can't judge people on the things they don't know how to do.
