They revert to 40% (Basic). Also, while you could technically write a Letter of Appeal, it is unlikely that it will be accepted because arguing that you didn't understand the syllabus won't be very persuasive.
What happens to your cell phone the first time you are caught using it without permission during class?
Mrs. Fitz asks you for it and sends it down to Kevin. You can go ask Kevin for it at the end of the day. If you've never had your phone taken away in any class, then Kevin will return it to you with a warning.
