A callout is when one does not show up to designated Shift on Sling. Even if you say "I cant make it to my shift in 2 days" just because you are sharing you are choosing to not show up less than 48hrs in advance its not excused.
A NO SHOW- Is when there is no notice and one does not show up to shift.
Sick call out- approved Doctors note example the hospital gives admission work notes. 100% acceptable.

Can you mix and match sim cards?
NOW YES. Great News! Beginning 12/1/22, you can activate and mix the the Black SIM (BTN) and the White SIM (BEDN) on the same Multi-Line account through Guide Sales Flow (GSF). This mixing of SIMs can ONLY be done via the initial activation flow.
NO SIM swaps can be done from Black SIM to White SIM or from White SIM to Black SIM post activation. It is recommended all lines on a multi-line account are placed on the same network so they have the same network experience. As always, please use your best judgement when making this choice to ensure it meets the customer’s needs.

You get paid the $5 upfront MONTH OF ACTIVATION. Remember you get paid $1 up front first month of activation. The remaining $4 once they get pay 3rd MRC, but as an incentive emilio pays the $5 ($ 6 if over $1,000 in accessories month of). Starting 2022 if I already paid ACP on spreadsheet i will note paid already.
You have a customer that does not qualify for for a ACP tablet, so what could you pitch to them so they still walk away happy with a tablet?
You can still activate the NEW TCL tablet for $10.01 the same price as ACP customers, however the customer will have to pay the additional $50 MRC monthly payment.

Black: Used to activate on Elevate Web, will use the AT&T towers. Think ALL new primary/ single Activations. BYOD.
White: Used to activate on Elevate Web, will use T-Mobile towers. DO NOT use on legacy portal (regular elevate.). Think upgrading a device on a account that was previously on TN.
