This benefit is now $50 a month per household.

Over-the-counter (OTC) medications and supplies-
* $50 per month allowance enables households to purchase products that support common occurring conditions such as:
 - Pain relivers
 - Diaper rash cream
 - Cough and cold relief medicine
 - First aid equipment that do not require prescriptions.
* Unused amounts do not roll over to the next month.

For dental complaints the member needs to be advised:

  • They must speak with their dental carrier to file a complaint or appeal.
  • • The dental carrier will need their Medicaid ID. Give the Medicaid ID when needed.
  • • Give the name and phone number of the dental carrier.

This plan provides services and support for ongoing needs like nursing facility care or in home supports.

How are ABA complaints handled 

  • The Behavioral Health team handles ABA calls. Transfer the caller to the Behavioral Health team for the following ABA inquiries (7dd: 1350402)

If a member previously received care through AHCA's vendor, and they have questions or complaints about claims or other issues that resulted from before February 1, 2025, they must contact Acentra, formerly eQHealth Solutions at 855-444-3747.

The complaint is related to the HIV and/or SMI specialty plan we must also send what

  1. Send an email to the Care Management Team at FL_MMA_CM_Referrals@Humana.com to advise that a member enrolled with the HIV and/or SMI specialty plan is filing a complaint.
  2. Include the following in the email:
    • Name and Member ID number
    • Callback phone number
    • Details of the complaint
